O Extraordinary Ability in Business, Science and the Arts

The O visa is designed for individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement in fields such as science, education, business, athletics (O-1A), arts (O-1B), or the motion picture and television industry (O-1B MPTV). It is a critical pathway for top talent entering the U.S. temporarily. To qualify, you must show that you have gained a national or international reputation of excellence by demonstrating evidence covering a range of different attributes from major awards, published materials, original contributions, leading roles, to high compensation and more. The application must be accompanied with a job offer or a schedule and a consultation letter from a relevant peer group.
